Extraction of Contaminants : Ethylene Oxide, Ethoxyquin, PAH, PCB.• Extraction and analysis of antibiotics and related compounds in seafood, including Chloramphenicol,Nitrofuran metabolites, Sulphonamides, Tetracyclines, Nitrofuran parent compounds, Quinolones, Fluorides, Doxycycline, PFAS, Synthetic Dyes, and DNSAH.• HPLC parameters : Coumarin, Curcuminoids, Capsaicin, Indole, Ethoxyquin in seafood, Vitamins A, D, E and K, Histamine, Gingerols, Caffeine, Benzoates. Extraction and analysis of mycotoxins, including Aflatoxins (B1, B2, G1, G2, M1) and Ochratoxin.• LC-MS parameter optimization for detecting dyes, vitamins (B7, B9, B12), Glyphosate, Nicotine, and Alkaloids.• Conducted comprehensive analysis of key water quality indicators, including TSS, TDS, nutrients, BOD, COD, pH, alkalinity, conductivity, and total hardness.• Actively engaged in the quality assessment of spices by analyzing parameters such as moisture content, volatile oil, curcumin levels, total ash, acid-insoluble ash, non-volatile ether extract, crude fibre, and capsaicin, along with various physical and quality attributes.• Knowledge on laboratory work flow as per the norms of ISO 17025: 2017.• Participating in proficiency testing programs related to analytical procedures.• Possess foundational knowledge and practical experience in operating analytical instruments such as Gas Chromatography (GC), Liquid Chromatography (LC), and High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC).
