Cordinate with Management to understand ERP system need, Develop and Execute Plans to meet those needs. Establish realistic user expectations, define document & monitor ERP scope, objectives & timelines.Maintain Data Standards present in ERP system with a focus on identifying redundant data and performing required steps to correct identified issues. Identify and Schedule ERP deliverable, milestones and required tasks. Maintain overview of Project and its position & relationships in the larger system. Coordinate assignment of Project Personnel, Assign Duties, Facilitate Meetings and ERP Training. Manage ERP security roles and user access to all modules including functionality data & navigational permissions. Create and manage ERP process work flows. Systematically identify and define problems, evaluate alternatives & implement business solutions. Work Extensively with ERP modules. MS SQL, MS Excel and other Business Tools as required. Develop business process that ensure ERP System meets all defined requirements. Coordinate ERP tasks with all Departments to ensure goals and updated on Project & all related issues. Develop and maintain Technical & User documentation to perform other duties as required.
