I had begun volunteering at the CAB (citizens advice bureau) to get more experience on what it would be like to interview clients on various scenarios, and what it would also be like to write up different documents and files on the different situations that I come across.I have done various different things at CAB, this includes helping to interview clients with advisors to gather information, assisting volunteers and advisors with drafting emails, helped around the office, and more which can be seen on my CV.I have gained a lot of skills working at CAB. These skills would include being able to communicate effectively with clients whilst being patient with any clients that may be harder to deal with. Moreover, I am very skilled with legal research and assisting advisors with anything they may be struggling with. I have been doing quite a bit of training at CAB, I am due to become an advisor at the citizens advice bureau.
