As a Destination Services Specialist, I support expatriates and their families through every stage of their relocation journey to India, ensuring a smooth, informed, and culturally sensitive transition. I serve as the primary point of contact for assignees, managing a wide range of destination and immigration services with a focus on personalized care and operational excellence. Deliver tailored orientation programs, including city tours, cultural briefings, and practical guidance on daily life essentials. Manage end-to-end home and school search programs—property shortlisting, lease negotiation, school visits, and enrollment support. Facilitate immigration processes such as visa applications, FRRO registration, renewals, and compliance documentation. Coordinate the setup of essential services like utilities, mobile connections, internet, and banking to ensure a seamless move-in experience. Oversee repatriation services at the end of assignment, including lease termination, utility disconnection, and move-out coordination. Act as a liaison between assignees, HR mobility teams, landlords, and service providers to ensure timely, efficient, and compliant service delivery. Maintain accurate service records and contribute to process improvements that enhance the overall assignee experience.This role combines client service, cultural intelligence, and logistical coordination—requiring empathy, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a dynamic, global environment.
