Led conception of a map-based Developer Dashboard by building curated Data Layers that turned fragmented masterplans/infra/utilities into on-map, decision-ready parcel context for developers- Interviewed developers to map needs/personas and defined the MVP, collaborating with Design to validate flows and with Product to finalise data-backend scope and delivery roadmap- Owned delivery of Data Layers; managed a GIS team to digitise raster masterplans; designed and monitored the pipeline for quality and speed; independently sourced vector data via public geospatial services with AI-assisted scripting; standardised cleanup/QA to drive on-time delivery- Delivered a metadata-driven SQL matcher: enriched land records (highway-distance computation; micromarket mapping), then defined proximity + budget/size scoring; validated via Apps Script and worked with backend to roll out in DB- Established the company’s first foundational Data Layers, shipping 60+ masterplans and 40+ infra layers that were integrated into site & premium and prompting the shift to a fully map-based product (Dashboard postponed).
