As a clinical intern at the Virginia University of Integrative Medicine, I provide acupuncture treatments under the supervision of licensed acupuncturists as part of my Master\'s training. I am passionate about making holistic healthcare more accessible, especially within BIPOC communities, and introducing acupuncture as a tool for healing, balance, and empowerment.My clinical work includes:Conducting thorough patient intakes using Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) diagnostic methods (tongue, pulse, and inquiry)Creating and implementing individualized acupuncture treatment plansAdministering safe, effective acupuncture treatments under licensed supervisionProviding education on lifestyle, diet, and herbal support to promote long-term wellnessServing a diverse patient population in a supportive, trauma-informed settingCommitting to culturally competent care and inclusive health practicesInterested in trying acupuncture?I am currently accepting new patients for supervised acupuncture sessions.
