A talented leader and highly successful professional with the skills, knowledge, and breadth of experience to enhance any forward-thinking organisation with a focus on education.I have gained experience mentoring people at both a secondary school level and early careers through my volunteer work as well as my professional roles. I have a keen interest in helping women and those from underrepresented backgrounds in any industry gain the skills, experience, and confidence to join or continue careers in tech.My focus for the last 4 years has been on private adult education with a special interest in digital apprenticeships and skills bootcamps aimed at helping those starting or changing careers to discover and reach their potential in technology careers.
