MY PURPOSE:To serve well, to inspire excellence and to be present for, pour into and lift up people in a thoughtful and intentional way-I\'ve been immersed in the world of Communications for nearly 20 years - more than 15 of those years have been in manufacturing. This experience includes: employee communications, visual production, crisis communication, media and community relations, executive communications, government affairs, brand management, team leadership, pandemic response and more. During this time, I\'ve been fortunate to be part of many successful and incredible teams and initiatives within my company, industry and community. I believe I serve best when I am able to build relationships and work alongside an effective team.In my current role, I am the Director of Communications at Southwire, North America\'s leading manufacturer of wire and cable, where I am part of an incredible team that focuses on 1) storytelling, 2) business partnerships, 3) leveraging the right technology at the right time to reach the right audiences and, most importantly, 4) enjoying what we do!
