I have not practiced law for more than 25 years. 2) Molecular Biologist & Skilled Life Sciences Patent Agent 3) Biotech/Pharma Company Valuation Analyst: Consultant to startups & mezzanines 4) Published author of Books, Articles & Book Reviews in six different decades. 5) Taught Standardized Tests (MCAT, GMAT, GRE, LSAT et al) on and off for thirty years. I\'ve scored in the top 10% of each of these tests. Helped design the Princeton Review\'s LSAT pilot tests in the 1990s that eventually became their books and classes on LSATs. Taught MCATs for Kaplan (retired from that position). 6) Professor (Adjunct) & Guest Lecturer in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Advanced Intellectual Property Management, et seq for more than 25 years. 7) National Champion Policy Debater in HS & at Harvard 1972-80; top HS & college debate coach until around 2015. One of the founders of urban debate in the 1980s, which was then funded by George Soros and has now reached students, and also extended to World Debate. 8) Biology in 1976-77 at Harvard with Nobel Prize winners EO Wilson & Walter Gilbert. Took Physics later with Carl Oppedahl who later became head of AIPLA. 9) 3.86 GPA at Penn in post-bac and grad studies in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Immunology, other related disciplines, 19••••••10) very hard worker, focused, disciplined, stay on task.
