My role spans the full employee lifecycle and focuses on building strong workplace cultures across diverse teams.• Lead onboarding and orientation processes to ensure smooth integration for new employees.• Act as the first point of contact for staff, addressing questions related to benefits, payroll, training, and workplace concerns.• Partner with managers to provide guidance on employee relations, policies and procedures, recruitment and selection, performance management, job evaluations, training and development, terminations, and benefits administration.• Manage HRIS updates and organizational changes, including promotions, job changes, requisitions, and organizational chart maintenance.• Oversee benefit administration, including health coverage, retirement plans, and voluntary programs.• Ensure compliance with federal and provincial employment legislation, conduct investigations, maintain records, and support representation at hearings when required.• Contribute to process improvements and best practices, helping to shape HR strategies that support both people and business success.
