Reporting and assisting Engineering Asset Manager to manage assets of National Highways in area 10 & 13. Asset Management i.e. asset Need, Identification & Initiating Schemes for Value Management & Design Management of Scheme for scoring and approvals through 3D stage gate process. Contribute to the development of roust cases to clarify benefits, quality resource requirements and identify project interdependencies. Read and interpret conditions of contract, specifications, drawings, BOQ’s and manuals (CDM & DMRB) for construction and to implement them accordingly. Scheme development, preparing tasks/scheme briefs utilizing HAPMS, TSD, SCRIM, TRACS & Retro Reflectivity survey\'s. Develop and agree key project milestones, scope acceptable risks and priorities that governance is in place to achieved successful delivery. Coordination with SES (Safety Engineering & Standards) on certain area of concern with respect to relevant asset needs and its implication to avoid delays in defining and or delivering of schemes. Recommending solution to asset maintenance works based on engineering judgement, extensively studying the defects, whole life costs plan and health & safety. Develop and manage strong collaboration with wider programme and other key internal and external stakeholder mutual understanding of the project strategic and delivery objectives to report on and review project performance and agree on solution to resolve complex issues. Reporting, financial spend and forecast information to senior line management.

Monitoring/control in context to the provided Construction Schedules by the sub-contractors and through administrative direction of on-site in order to make sure that Contractor is on compliance with the specs requirements. To arrange and attend weekly/monthly meetings with stakeholders regarding project update performance and progress in terms three constraints of Project Management.
