Senior Manager – Design & Engineering (StructuralKey Responsibilities:1. Structural design and analysis (STAAD.Pro) for mill buildings, junction houses, cable tray structures, pipe racks, and other industrial structures (sheds, pump houses, towers, etc.).2. Review and ensure compliance of all designs with relevant IS Codes, statutory regulations, and project specifications prior to release.3. Provide technical inputs for GA drawings and 3D Tekla modeling; review models to ensure accuracy and constructability.4. Supervise preparation of fabrication drawings through external vendors and carry out detailed checks using Tekla/Trimble Structures.5. Perform and validate connection design using IDEA StatiCa, ensuring safety and optimization.6. Coordinate with Civil, Piping, Mechanical, and Electrical disciplines to finalize layouts from a structural perspective.7. Monitor and coordinate with Tekla and fabrication vendors to ensure timely submission of drawings and material delivery as per schedule.8. Address and resolve fabrication and site construction issues to maintain project progress and quality standards.9. Review and maintain monthly consolidated tonnage tracking sheets and monitor material reconciliation.10. Coordinate with planning teams to align engineering deliverables with overall project timelines.11. Support vendor coordination and ensure adherence to technical, quality, and contractual requirements.
