Executing all MEP work from tower 13-23 including Amenities floor (Gym/Yoga/Pets –Spa/Sports area like Badminton court, Tennis court, Squash court /Swimming pool/Interactive pool/Dogs pool/Jacuzzi/Cinema/Pool Bar/etc.)- Execution of Elevators systems in the buildings(Tower-13 & Tower-23 – 32 elevators including passenger lifts, service lifts,(LMR), public parking lifts, podium driver lift, Scenic lift(MRL) with speed of 1.75 or 2.5 mtr/sec, 75 Mtr & 1.5mtr/sec, 55Mtr respectively)- Co-ordination with Consultants, Vendors and Suppliers- Monitoring of Day to Day activities for execution of Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Fighting & Elevator work at site- Certification for the work done and checking of billed quantities & checking of BOQ and specifications- Daily reporting to Management for the site related activities- Coordination with Contractors for completion of project as per schedule- To Review Drawings with Consultant and Architect Department
