ABOUT ARIS KATSIERIS
My main inspiration is the opportunity to play a critical role in a business that has a need for my strong mix of technical and business expertise. Having achieved a Masters degree in Business Management and a Bachelors degree in Network Computing, I feel I have a thorough grounding in I.T. combined with a deep understanding of the commercial utilisation of technology in the modern business world. I am seeking to apply this knowledge within a new role that bridges the gap between commercial and I.T. functions. As a dedicated, highly analytical and self-motivated individual, I have demonstrated the ability to thrive within technical and non-technical environments, delivering excellent results in the fields of sales and business management, in addition to more recent positions rolling out e-shop systems on behalf of a Greek local government client and providing web design and network development services on a freelance basis. I am seeking an opportunity to grow and develop within my career, using the skills developed within formal studies and work experience to provide high-level services on behalf of a forward-thinking company. One of my passions is cloud computing, having successfully delivered a presentation on the ‘Impact of Cloud Computing Implementations in ERP Systems within Organizations in Europe and Russia’. My passion for new ideas and technologies had led to the achievement of the Adobe Award for Innovative Ideas which was held by Adobe in collaboration with Brunel University. Outside of the workplace, I enjoy gaming and sporting activities while I am also passionate about the opportunity to provide technical tuition to children and older people. I am committed to excellence and enjoy nothing more than seeing the fruits of my own efforts reflected in the improved performance of the companies and clients I work with.
