Working as Mechanical Design Leader at world leader in automobile solutions (Tier 1 supplier) for lighting systems products.Role & Responsiblities• Analyse the specifications and to define the internal specifications for the suppliers: precise thecriteria to be met.• Develop the technical solutions 3D and 2D on Catia V5 that meet the specifications that are based on internal design rules.• Pilot the Mechanical Design strategy with the internal and external suppliers.• Prepare the technical specification files.• Lead and monitor the dimensional chains and its analysis.• Present the technical concepts / solutions in Mechanical Design Review.• Supplier monitoring for mould development – Plasturgy / Rheology analysis.• Support the prototype, laboratory & validation teams to correct all the discrepancies through the improvement of the design.• Support the R&D Leader for construction of the Planning schedule.
