I earned a master\'s degree in Food Science and Technology (rank 1, gold medal) from the Central University of Punjab in 2022 and a bachelor\'s degree in Food Technology from SHUATS Prayagraj in 2020. In addition, I have qualified ASRB NET and UGC NET both. I am an enthusiastic food technologist eager to contribute to the institution\'s and industry\'s success through hard work, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills. I have extensive training in food testing and quality analysis, as well as computer skills, and more than six months of internships in an array of food industry sectors, along with 1 year of academic research. I also have a solid understanding of food processing and quality control. Furthermore, I have been awarded the Student of the Year award 2019, the young food technologist award 2022 and the University gold medal 2022. Furthermore, I have been awarded the Student of the Year award for 2019, the Young Food Technologist Award for 2022, and the University Gold Medal for 2022. I have a strong desire to advance my knowledge of the food industry and grow professionally.
