ABOUT AKASH ARYA

Biography: Akash Arya, CPA, CA is a Partner with MNP LLP in South Central Ontario. Akash has twelve years of experience in planning, executing and reviewing assurance hours), advisory hours), taxation and special engagements with budgets ranging up to and client size up to in assets and in revenues. Akash has worked with both public and private companies across various sectors including financial services, professionals, real-estate, not-for-profit, retail, manufacturing, distribution, indigenous, agriculture and technology. During his career, Akash has had market exposure throughout Canada and audit assignments in New York and India. Since 2013, Akash has become more actively involved with private enterprise clients in the indigenous, professionals, retail, manufacturing and distribution sectors focusing on assurance, accounting, business advisory and taxation assignments. Akash remains committed to providing a high-level of client service by continually seeking solutions to meet and exceed client expectations. Akash’s community involvement includes being the Treasurer, Chair of the Nominations Committee and Member of the Executive Committee of a not-for-profit organization in Community Living Cambridge.
