Prior to co-founding Sahaj, I served as Managing Director and COO, ThoughtWorks India. In that role, I led one of the biggest regions for ThoughtWorks and achieved excellent growth year on year. A business leader recognised for setting vision and direction and a history of setting up and leading successful business units and initiatives. I believe in collaborating and connecting with people and am quite passionate about building and scaling high quality software delivery teams for success.
