I have worked in varied valuation projects from 409a, Business Enterprise Valuation to complex derivative valuation projects. I have mostly worked on valuing US private companies and a couple of Indian private companies. I have also worked in S&P’s CapIQ, Tagnifi, BVR, MergerStat, DealStats databases to name a few.
