Spare Parts Planning – Efficient planning and inventory control to minimize downtime and ensure timely availability of critical spares. Manpower Handling – Leading maintenance teams and supervising daily activities for both ropeway and HEMM operations. HEMM Support – Coordinating maintenance planning and execution for Heavy Earth Moving Machinery.🦺 Worksite Safety – Promoting best safety practices, especially during work at height conditions, and ensuring compliance with all site safety standards. Maintenance Planning & RCM – Implementing Planned Maintenance and Reliability-Centered Maintenance strategies to enhance equipment uptime and lifecycle. Cost Estimation & Control – Preparing and monitoring maintenance budgets to support cost-effective operations. CAPEX Project Implementation – Supporting process planning and execution for CAPEX projects, ensuring timely and efficient implementation on site.With a results-driven approach and focus on continuous improvement, I strive to contribute to safe, efficient, and sustainable mining operations.
