Currently responsible for managing the O&M of utility systems in a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. Oversee boiler operations, including coal consumption tracking and chemical handling, while ensuring uninterrupted utility supply (compressed air, chilled water, potable water) across all production blocks. Maintain key systems such as the RO Plant, Purified Water System, WFI Plant, PSG Plant, and Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) in strict compliance with GMP guidelines. Lead a team of 14 personnel to ensure efficient and safe plant functioning. Actively involved in preventive maintenance,Breakdowns,daily reporting, and equipment readiness. Coordinate with purchase and vendor teams for timely procurement and maintenance support. Also assist in instrument calibration and manage raw water supply monitoring, billing, and SOP preparation,documentation processes.
