Working with product-based Startups on Mid-level and Senior level requirement(SDE1, SDE2, SDE3, Architect, EM)• Sourcing through various Job portals( Naukri, Instahyre, etc), Social Media, Headhunting and Target Company Mapping.• Initial screening of the candidate based on his/her resume through telephonic calls.• Sending suitable Profiles after screening to the respective clients• Scheduling further rounds of interviews for the candidates.• Arranging regular client feedback on recruitment and active mandates• Involved in doing job posting in various job portals.• Regular follow-up with the candidates• Maintaining the records of the candidates on the basis of skill and experience
