warehouse & production planing activities performanceManpower handle & shift incharge *⃣Responsible to supervise and perform to the receipt of RM & PM as per approved vendor list,Check to the all physical verification of the received materials and handling to discrepancy report ifany, then inform to the concern departments.*⃣Follow up with quality control department for timely release of Raw & Packing materials.*⃣Ensure proper storage of all the materials in their defined areas meeting all the temperature and RHconditions as per the requirement.*⃣Checked to the calibration, verification of the electronic weighing balance before every operations,performance and further check of its procedure as per SOP.*⃣Responsible for the potency for the entire API is checked manually in the BMR before dispensingfrom warehouse site.*⃣Dispensing of the Raw Materials as per First Expiry First Out basis & Packing materials dispensingas per First in First out basis to Production department.*⃣Check to the Raw material details with follow FEFO & check the integrity of it.*⃣Online filling of the respective BMR & other documents related to dispensing.*⃣Ensure that the Physical Verification of RM/PM Materials as per periodic / requirement*⃣Proper planning & job allocation of manpower so as to achieve the desired target with requiredquality.*⃣Ensure to received to Finish Good from packing department as per SOP / FGTR & arrange as perFirst in First Out in the Rack Location*⃣Ensure timely and proper co-ordination and communication with all the concerned departments forefficiently executing all the ware-house related activities.*⃣Ensure and take care of all the material handling and other equipments of warehouse.*⃣To ensure that all the warehouse related and other related SOPs are implementedexecuted properly by self and all related persons of warehouse.*⃣Experience of following regulatory Audits WHO, USFDA, MHRA and EUGMP
