This work helps enterprises improve AI reliability, reduce hallucinations, and unlock clearer business value from AI driven workflows.Previously at Soroco, I led multiple AI and ML backed product initiatives focused on helping large enterprises uncover digital friction, accelerate automation efforts, and shorten time to value. These products drove measurable business outcomes and improved onboarding and adoption across global teams.Earlier in my career at Thoughtworks, I worked with cross functional teams to build payments, taxation, and EdTech platforms used by millions of users. Through this work, I gained experience building both B2B and B2C products, contributing to product strategy, roadmaps, and customer centric design practices for enterprise and consumer clients.Across roles, my work has consistently sat at the intersection of AI systems, product platforms, and real operational workflows. I have hands on experience taking products from 0 to 1 through adoption and scale in complex environments, and I regularly use AI tools to explore problem spaces, prototype product concepts, and iterate quickly during discovery and design.Outside of work, I have been a national level tennis player and team captain. These experiences shape how I approach ownership, teamwork, and decision making under pressure. I enjoy simplifying complex problems and building products that genuinely improve how people work.
