I have finished my MBA in HR from SCMHRD and secured PPO in Flipkart. I am an HR enthusiast and have worked on multiple projects in last 2 years. During my summers stint at Intel, I worked on projects around Mental wellness of employees, leadership development programs, millennial learning, career development and retention strategies.While at SCMHRD, owing to my curiosity to keep learning, I worked on projects related to attrition dashboard, predictive model for attrition analysis, emotional intelligence model for IT employees among others.Apart from this, I actively participated and was campus finalist in multiple corporate completions like Reliance TUP, Honeywell, DCM Shriram, etc. and college competitions at IIM Indore, KJSIMSR, JBIMS and IIT KGP.My diligence, coupled with dedication and discipline, has always brought results for me. Eagerly waiting to put my knowledge and experience to test by working in corporate.
