My journey began at Manipal Institute of Technology, where I pursued Information Technology with a minor in Business Management. This blend sparked my passion for aligning technology with business outcomes. My first two and a half years at Accolite Digital were exciting and rewarding, as I tackled complex technical challenges and shipped impactful products for global insurance companies. While I loved the problem-solving aspects of software engineering, I became increasingly curious about the “why” behind our work: Why build this product? Who are we building it for? What problems are we truly solving? These questions fueled my transition into Product Management, where I could directly connect technology, business, and user needs. My product management journey began at RenewBuy, where I managed a key LMS integration along with strategic partnerships and cross-selling initiatives. At Astroyogi, I deepened my expertise in consumer-facing products and mobile applications, driving improvements in user engagement, retention, and operational efficiency. I led product development across key verticals such as Marketing, SEO, ASO, and Operations. Currently, at Interview Kickstart, I lead growth initiatives across the entire user lifecycle - from discovery and acquisition to conversion and payments. Collaborating closely with performance marketing, sales, CRM, and engineering teams, I’ve implemented product-led strategies, A/B testing and CRO experiments, funnel optimisations, and innovative user engagement features that have significantly improved user experience and business outcomes. When I’m not knee-deep in product work, I’m an enthusiastic learner and builder in the AI space. I truly believe AI will revolutionise how we approach product development, and I’m constantly exploring, experimenting, and building tools that solve practical problems using generative AI.
