Pursuing an MBA in Marketing at Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM) Pune, developing a strong foundation in core marketing concepts, business strategy, and data-driven decision making. Currently,I am working as a Marketing Summer Intern at Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd. My previous experience as an Assistant Systems Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services and Programmer Analyst Trainee at Cognizant equipped me with a unique blend of technical expertise and project management skills. In my role as an SAP Basis Consultant, I led the administration and support of SAP environments, with key experience in S/4 HANA Implementation, Solution Manager 7.2, and database management (HANA and Sybase). My responsibilities involved not only technical execution but also managing cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless coordination between clients and business stakeholders to align project objectives with business goals. I was actively involved in: • Leading SAP Basis Administration, including ID management and system object transport across various environments. • Documenting SAP processes and overseeing changes, upgrades, and new service deployments. • Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to diagnose pain points and offer solutions that align with strategic objectives. • Managing SAP installations, configurations, migrations, and upgrades. • Overseeing performance tuning, system optimization, and troubleshooting to ensure maximum efficiency. With a strong foundation in technology and a growing expertise in marketing, I aim to bridge the gap between business strategy and execution, driving impactful, customer-centric outcomes.
