Execution Planning: • Review IFC (Issued for Construction) drawings, P & IDs, and isometric drawings. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly work schedules based on the overall project timeline. • Allocate manpower, tools, and materials required for piping works. • Site Supervision: • Supervise and coordinate the installation of pipes (CS, SS, alloy, etc.) including supports, hangers, valves, and fittings. • Monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications and safety procedures. • Coordinate with subcontractors, welders, fitters, and riggers for smooth execution. • Material Management: • Ensure availability of required piping materials and fittings as per schedule. • Monitor handling, storage, and preservation of piping components at site. • Quality Control & Documentation: • Ensure proper fit-up, alignment, welding, and hydrotesting of piping systems. • Collaborate with QA/QC to conduct inspections (visual, NDT, etc.) and resolve NCRs. • Maintain site records, prepare daily progress reports, and support documentation for completion and handover.
