Responsibilities:Work with hiring managers to understand immediate and future requirements in business units to regulate direction of efforts.Experience in handling salary mapping, offer negotiation and follow up with the candidatesHandle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow up till the candidate joins.Responsible for fulfilment of hiring requirements which will involve Sourcing screening and scheduling.Sourcing the candidates from the database, job portals, job posting, mass mailing, internet searches and references with relevant and quality candidates, within the stipulated time frame.Currently hiring for positions such as DevOps Engineers, Product Engineers, SDET, Developer Advocate and Solution Architect.
