About Akash Patil
I have over 9 years of experience in the BIM industry and possess strong expertise in various software tools. I enjoy working with them and continuously seek out new technologies and methods to enhance my skills, which in turn creates better opportunities for growth. I have a proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software. Over the years, I have successfully delivered numerous projects using Revit, Navisworks Manage, Lumion, and several other applications. Additionally, I have worked on laser scanning projects, particularly for renovation and estimation purposes. I also have strong experience in BIM coordination, including clash detection, resolving multidisciplinary conflicts, and ensuring smooth collaboration between architectural, structural, and MEP teams. My role often involves leading coordination meetings, preparing clash reports, and providing solutions that improve project efficiency and accuracy. I also have hands-on experience with Dynamo, where I use visual programming to automate repetitive tasks, optimize workflows, and enhance modeling efficiency within Revit projects. Outside of work, I enjoy gardening, listening to music, watching movies, and cooking. I am always eager to explore new things and discover places around me.
