Introducing the contractors about the contract labour management system, deployment of workers, billing and maintaining statutory compliance.2. Collect documents from new contractor (Registrations/ Certificates/ Licences & other documents) as per the checklist for vendor registration. Subsequently share the documents to Corporate for vendor code creation.3. Preparing & Issuing MOU / Agreement to the engaged contractor with duly attested by higher management.4. Amend the registration of Certificate. Issue Form V to new contractors for obtaining labour licence.5. Maintenance of register of contractor under precribed form under CLRA Rule.6. Keeping registers of contractors monthly basis, auditing and giving necessary observations against Non / Partial- Compliance.7. Verify attendance, mandays for billing purpose.8. Process bills of contractors after verifying statutory remittance & proofs.(Like- PF, ESIC, PTax, LWF & Wage disbursement)9. Assist in Internal / external audits.10. Maintain Contractor Compliance MIS and present to higher management.Miscelleneous-1.
