   At Cognizant, as a part of Recruitment team I take care of End-to-End hiring – Sourcing, Screening, Interview Scheduling, offer negotiation/offer release and connecting with candidates till onboarding for QEA, CIS, AIA Portfolios.Vendor management – Sharing skills to Vendors and Sourcing team for weekday profile supply and drivesThe compensation would be fixed based on the skillset or follow the approved GRID (niche/non niche) as per the fitment level and skillset.Validating the candidate\'s Employment and education suspect check through Internal Background verification portal before conducting the HR discussion round of interviews.Gaining clarity on hiring demand fulfilment from the Business Unit or Stakeholders.Driving the Status Call with BU team along with their team members to discuss on the status of each candidate as per the respective BU.Taking Initiative and Participating in F2F Weekend drive and Campus interview activities, Coordinating with Candidates and panels.Building good Rapport with Account managers, Candidates, and respective teams who will be the part of hiring process.I Closely monitor with candidates by having a check if they have any concerns or query with the joining process and will ensure candidates has a smooth onboarding.coordinating with candidates to maximize the referrals.Quarterly I will be working on the Decline analysis reports by reaching out to the candidates and seeking the feedback and decline reasons.
