ABOUT AKASH NIKAM
I am a graduate of Political Science from MJ College, Jalgaon, and pursued my Master\'s in Social Work at Bharathi Vidyapeeth, Pune. During my Master\'s program, I actively contributed as a camp coordinator, organizing and leading empowerment camps for youth with NGO.My professional journey led me to serve as a Program Coordinator at Sane Guruji National Memorial, Raigad, where I curated and executed various programs and camps dedicated to developing adolescents and youths. This experience was instrumental in fostering my personal growth, equipping me with robust management skills, leadership abilities, and deep insights into student psychology. During this process, I realized the pivotal role of education in shaping holistic child development, which inspired me to delve deeper into the educational landscape. Then, I completed my second Master’s in Education (MA Education) at Azim Premji University, Bangalore, which helped me build a comprehensive understanding of the education system.Currently, I work with Mantra4Change in Patna, Bihar as a Program Lead, where I collaborate with education leaders to strengthen school systems. My work focuses on enabling sustainable and continuous improvements in schools, aligned with our vision that every child receives an enriching learning experience.
