A Product Manager with experience of working in a cross-functional setup. In my product role, I work with multiple stakeholders from various functions, which may include Sales, tech folks, UI/UX experts, Control functions, Operations, Marketing and most importantly the clients. As a Product Manager, I like to understand my client’s business processes and help map my products to fill the identified gaps. I am the listening one and focus on solving by getting right into the nitty-gritties. I get into extensive documentation (a strong content can take you a long way), data-field mapping, designing CX, reviewing the application landscape, understanding client systems and implementations. I like to groom the live products with continuous feedbacks, managing feature backlogs and performing extensive testing on my own.I have experience in managing key digital projects in banks along with exploring and implementing various Fintech partnerships.In product management, I like to manage the associated risk and have high regards to regulations which drives innovation. Personally I am fascinated by technology and its applications clubbed with rock solid processes which embraces the full potential of any product.I am a MBA gold medalist.
