I am currently working as an Assistant Manager at Century Pulp and Paper, based in Lucknow, where I have been responsible for handling sales in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, and Uttarakhand, contributing to a monthly turnover of INR 35 crore. In my role, I am responsible for sales and business development in the paper segment in North India, which generates Yearly revenue of INR 419 crore.With over 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, I have worked with leading companies such as JK Paper Ltd, Relaxo Footwear Ltd, Nestle India Ltd, and Bata Showroom. During my tenure, I have gained expertise in managing distributors, retailers, and sales teams across diverse territories.My key responsibilities at Century Pulp and Paper include managing around 10 channel partners through zonal sales offices, forecasting product demand, optimizing distribution networks, and monitoring budget versus actual performance. In my current role, I have successfully grown the market share from 12% to 23% in the domestic branded cut size paper market of North India.
