I have over 5 +years of hands-on experience as a Master Data Management Analyst specializing in SAP. I\'ve dedicated my career to optimizing vendor, customer, and material master data processes to drive operational efficiency and strategic growth for global enterprises.My role as Vendor/Customer Master Data Manager involved handling of APAC and EMEA region requests. I was responsible for creation, extension, changing, blocking and unblocking of vendor/customer records/ accounts in ERP. I was also responsible for Vendor creation/changing of records in 12 different ERPs- SAP E03, SAP SHP(Hana), SAP C11, SAP SEP, SAP B1,Tally, IFS, Navision Belgium, Navision Netherlands, QAD, ATT UK Sage 50. I was involved in verification & validation in all the support before creating vendor or customer in system and handled Customer/Vendor queries on daily basis and resolved them as per TAT. I became proficient in handling monthly customer & vendor reconciliations and prepared monthly, quarterly & annual activity in Vendor Master Data. The work also extended to preparation of Vendor & customer change log on quarterly basis and annual clean up report for Vendors. I assisted on all requests relating to changes in bank & contact setup, request sent to Data Management Governance(DMG) team to complete voice call validation process and all vendor changes (Bank & contact detail) request were sent to audit team for Foxtrot sample audit on monthly basis.My role as Material Master Data involved handling APAC and EMEA region requests and I was responsible for Material Creation, Extension, Changes, PIR, SL, Pricing, BOM & Routing Maintenance and PDR Activity. Additionally, I was also responsible for Material Changes like Plant and Sales Status, Material Reactivation, Description, Barcode, Units of Measure(UOM), Substitution, etc.
