Job Profile in the current organization:•Preparation of Valve specifications/Datasheets and Requisition packages for the same.• Preparation of Specialty Items datasheet like Restriction orifice, Strainers, Couplings, Hoses,3 way diverter valves, Condensate traps, SP Blind, Vacuum breaker, Static Mixer, SteamTraps, Overflow traps, Back flow preventer, Safety shower & Valve interlock system etc.Hose coupling, 3 Way valve diverters etc and requisition packages for the same.•Good knowledge about handling Vacuum jacketed piping package. • Preparation of Piping Material specification.• Technical specifications for procurement of Piping Bulk items which includes Pipes, Fittings,Gasket, Flanges,Nut & Bolts.• Design calculations for pipe wall thickness AG and UG pipes, Branch reinforcement, MiterBend & Spacer blind.• MTO consolidation activity for Mega-Project.• Line list activity assigning Insulation details like thickness, Providing painting details and NDT requirement for each line item.• Preparing Pressure test strategy.• Reviewing VDR documents, Post order activity which includes Cross-sectional drawing,NDT, ITP, Technical documents and Schedule.• Capable of specifying the valve type and option code in smart plant P & ID environment.• Capable of preparing Material requisition in smart plant Materials environment.• Have good knowledge in smart plant p & id, Smart plant Materials, Open Text and Stac.• Review of vendor deliverables to ensure their technical compliance, Provide necessaryinputs to other disciplines and review of P & ID for material related requirements.• Handling site queries and review of client’s technical documents.• Finalizing purchase requirement for Piping bulk, Manual valves, Specialty item and nonmetallicpiping at project level.• Responsible for issuing engineering estimate at project level using engineering estimate tool.• Responsible for providing response to all engineering TQ and RFIs issued from constructionteam.
