Coordinating designs with internal teams from build, commercial, technical, planning and sales, to collaboratively resolve key issues and enhance solutions- Preparation and monitoring of planning condition and Section 106 obligations, including collation of information for submission to discharge planning conditions- Process, review and close-out RFI’s from sub-contractors in a timely manner, as required for construction to progress without delay- Liaise with external parties including the Design Team, Statutory Services, Local Authority, Consultants, Insurance provider, Sub-contractors and Suppliers to obtain information or resolve issues- Review, comment and approve consultant and third-party designs and reports- Resolve enquiries and progress applications and payments to Service Companies and Local Authorities- Undertake value engineering exercises and review designed packages for cost-savings and improvements
