Project cycle Management: Provide oversight and support to project management. Review, program indicators and monitoring and evaluation activities Ø Networking & Partnership Management To network and establish strong relationships with the key stakeholders To collaborate with the key stakeholders to share program progress / learning towards influencing public policies / schemes / programs. Identify new opportunities in the assigned state/region, build relationships and provide scalable solutions, provide business development support to the central team in developing winning proposals and key inputs etc.Ø Donor Management Support To maintain strong relationships with critical donors in assigned state through meetings and facilitating visits, as required. To review the reports received from the Partners, ensure creation of quality donor reports in the stipulated formats / templates and ensure timely submission of these reports to the donor. To ensure prompt resolution of the queries raised by the donor in consultation with Head – Institutionalization and Partnerships for critical / sensitive issues.Ø Collaboration and Team Management To mentor and provide support to Program Managers towards effective implementation of all programs as well as pilots in the state Collaborate with other vertical heads from Strategy & Knowledge Management, Communications as required. To effectively manage the performance of the team reporting to the State Head, provide coaching, enhance their capacities. To provide support for the identification and recruitment of staff for vacant positions, including conducting interviews as a part of interview panel.Ø Support to Operations: Extend oversight and support for project procurement as per procurement policy of DG. Preparing Financial Reports and state level budget compliance as required by Finance. Support in seamless implementation of various HR initiatives in the State
