About Akash Anilkumar
I\'m really passionate about Product Design, Thermal Science, Sustainability, and Lean engineering.I completed my Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical engineering at IIT Madras. Through rigorous coursework build around Product Design, Heat Transfer, Thermal Design optimization, and Finite Element Methods. I was able to build a strong technical and theoretical background.To further pursue my interest, I joined Texas A&M University\'s Graduate Program in the Mechanical Engineering department. I had the opportunity to work as a graduate student researcher at INVENT lab which helped me develop a practical understanding of product design, thermal characterization at the same time nurture other skills like Digital Image Correlation and COMSOL modeling. Through this experience, I was able to build a deeper understanding of microscale heat transfer. I strongly believe that efficient thermal designs will play a vital role in building a sustainable future.
