Leading the business change and service management implementation of a new Cloud-first approach within the worlds largest advertising and PR conglomerate (WPP). The Cloud Acceleration Program is a £250m consolidation of resources and processes to streamline the activities of employees. As Business Change Lead I worked with the archetypes to develop personas and migration journeys. Once established I then led the selection of a new Cloud MSP and the integration of a new ITSM process and tool stack in alliance with the wider WPP SIAM team. This was all done whilst operating in a complex multi customer/multi vendor global environment with dependencies across the estate.*Responsible for the full ITIL-based Service Management lifecycles.*Work with the relevant stakeholders to define the service management requirements.*Measure performance against SLA’s and 3rd party contracts to identify areas where the services can be improved or streamlined.*Drive the development and delivery of the cloud services.*Ensure that the cloud services comply with regulatory and legal requirements.*Drive problem management and continuous improvement plans.*Undertake gap analysis, recommend ways of working and influence change in behaviour and culture.*Driving Stakeholder Value through ongoing engagement and interactions between multiple service providers.*Act as a go-to point of contact and escalation for cloud service management.*Understanding of the requirements of the customer use of the Cloud.*Provide oversight and assurance to agreed Service Management process and procedures.*Delivery of ongoing service reviews with leadership team.*I like to take the ownership and put my best in whatever project I am associated to. I am positive thinker and a quick learner and like to work with targets and deadlines. Leadership qualities and good interpersonal skills are my strengths.* I have a strong interest in travelling, photography and travel film making. I have started my YouTube channel and I am responsible for all the content on it, which includes travelling, video making, brand promotion, editing, video production and promotions.
