ABOUT AKARSH SIMHA

Currently, I am pursuing a Masters in Management at ESCP BUSINESS SCHOOL aiming to blend my technical background with strategic business insights. ⁤⁤This journey is fueled by my passion for continuous learning and adapting to new challenges. ⁤ ⁤Previously I worked as an Associate Software Developer at Oracle for 22 months, where I contributed to the Life Sciences Global Business Unit. ⁤⁤I excelled in building new functionalities in user interfaces, resolving critical production bugs, and enhancing application performance. ⁤⁤My technical skills are complemented by a strong foundation in Information Science and Engineering from MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology. ⁤ During my academic journey, I consistently demonstrated excellence, securing a rank of 1209 in the Karnataka CET and achieving 97.17% in my class 12 board exams. My school years at Excel Public School were marked by a perfect 10 CGPA. Beyond my professional and academic pursuits, I have a zeal for adventure. I enjoy solo and group bike rides, exploring the hidden gems of southern India, and backpacking treks. These experiences have enriched my perspective and taught me the value of perseverance and exploration. At Oracle, I thrived in a collaborative environment, and my role in the Fest Management and Transportation team during my undergraduate years honed my leadership and organizational skills. I am a strong team player who excels in dynamic work environments.
