Work on US-based projects ensuring compliance with American standards and codes.• Perform detailed Quantity Take-off (QTO) using RIB CostX & Bluebeam Revu software for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting (MEPF) services.• Convert project data into Uniformat and MasterFormat coding systems as per client requirements.• Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents for accuracy and completeness.• Raise and respond to RFI (Request for Information) queries to clarify design discrepancies or missing information.• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure proper integration of MEPF services in project documentation.• Actively participate in weekly client meetings to discuss project progress, clarifications, and deliverables.• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of cost data, take-offs, and related documentation.• Maintain documentation and records of project progress, changes, and correspondence for audit and review.
