I’m a Paper Technologist with 8 years of experience across process control, R&D, process engineering, and specialty chemical applications in the pulp and paper industry. With an M.Sc. in Cellulose and Paper Technology, my journey has been a blend of hands-on industry exposure and research-driven innovation.I began my career at Star Paper Mill as a GET, focusing on process control and analysis. I then cleared the JRF exam and joined Central Pulp & Paper Research Institute (CPPRI), where I spent 4 years contributing to key R&D projects focused on improving pulp and paper processes.Post-research, I joined Minimill Technologies as a Process Engineer, supporting the design of new-age, paper mills. Later, I transitioned into the specialty chemical domain with Ion Exchange India Ltd, where I worked in technical marketing for paper industry solutions.Currently, I serve as Assistant Manager – Technical at Proklean Technologies, where I conduct chemical trials at pulp mills, manage technical services, and actively contribute to R&D. I also lead data analysis and reporting, ensuring insights are translated into measurable process improvements.I\'m passionate about sustainable practices in paper manufacturing, and I’m always exploring ways to optimize operations through science-backed innovation.
