I am a highly motivated and responsible business administration professional with hands-on experience in insurance consulting and sales.I began my professional journey as a Marketing Intern at bajaj alliance private limited.I have practical exposure to analyzing customer needs, explaining insurance policies and financial services in a clear and simple manner, and recommending suitable solutions that align with customer requirements. My experience has strengthened my ability to communicate effectively with clients, prospects, and internal teams, while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.I possess strong skills in customer relationship management, sales support, client handling, and service delivery, with a proven ability to build trust-based relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from United University, Prayagraj, with a specialization in IBM. Throughout my academic journey, I developed proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, IBM Cognos Analytics, design thinking and data visualization techniques, enabling me to transform complex information into actionable insights.As a management graduate, I am driven to apply my knowledge in business strategy, operations, and market research.
