Working on Upgrade Project (2021 to 2023) Additionally I am working on the gathering, preparation & presenting tickets/requests/ENH etc. coming on SNOW - Service now (Closed, Inflow, Aging etc.) to the business on a weekly basis and assigning the tickets to the consultants of respective modules and auditing the tickets whether they are passing the the certain quality checks and parameters set by the business.
