I prepare monthly Unreconciled Account Reports and develop Controllership Decks that are shared with senior leadership, providing insight into key variances and open items. I review and support the creation of business unit decks across US Bank, Treasury, COE, and Regional segments, helping drive clarity and alignment at the leadership level. I manage Trial Balance – RSR Tallies in the middle and end of the month, ensuring timely reconciliation reporting in accordance with SOX standards. I build and maintain compliance metrics that track open items for American Express National Bank (AENB) and American Express Banking Corp (AEBC), enabling transparency and quick breach detection. In a leadership support capacity, I oversee the work of Lead Analysts to ensure data accuracy and process integrity. My focus areas include:1. Static data updates and correct RnC/Account ownership2.
