Lead a 330+ team globally for Data Strategy distribution and consumption portfolio. • Lead a multi-domain organization to provide Advanced Engineering solutions to the Institutional Clients group(Brokerage, Asset Management, Capital Markets) in the bank. • Build ultra low-latency offerings for the bank to make split second decisions using Advanced Analytics capabilities and leverage vectorized compute engines for high volume(~50B/day) transaction analysis. • Create the Data Science workbench of services to enable business to make data models in a Self-service as well as COE setup with expert consultation capabilities. • Analyze new AI offerings, models and features like LLM\'s risk and controls.• Centralized Market data hub solutions for Traders and Quants analysts.• Build roadmap for a multi-Cloud setup for the Data Fabric using AWS & GCP as public cloud platforms along with a cloud data warehouse Snowflake to accentuate the current Data Fabric platform.• Provide country-wide leadership to other domains within Data Services, ensuring employee engagement, vendor management and site leadership growth. • Leading the Engineering Excellence Architecture group, People & Talent management group, WIT Canada group. DEI champion, Country champion for affinity networks, Hiring and recruitment strategy etc.
