I manage centralized exam command centers during live operations for issue resolution, coordination and live reporting to the customer. I coordinate with various cross functional teams and manage customer relations to ensure seamless exam delivery and customer satisfaction. Another important aspect of my work is to prepare post exam analysis reports, documentation of actionable insights, lessons learnt, and best practices followed.
