Conduct clinical assessments including electrocardiograms (EKG interpretation) and ankle-brachial index (ABI) calculation to evaluate cardiovascular function and detect peripheral artery disease.• Perform frailty assessments using the Edmonton Frail Scale (EFS) and other standardized clinical rating tools like PHQ-9, MDQ, MGAD-7, MoCA, CGI-I to support protocol-specific data collection.• Utilize multiple clinical research systems — iMedidata Rave, CLARIO, CRIO, and Longboat — to manageelectronic data capture, subject randomization, and visit documentation in accordance with GCP, FDA, and ICH guidelines.• Execute phlebotomy and biospecimen collection, including processing, aliquoting, and shipping of frozen and ambient samples per study-specific laboratory manuals, ensuring IATA and OSHA compliance.• Maintain laboratory inventory tracking, monitor sample logs, and coordinate supply orders to support uninterrupted study operations.• Collaborate with investigators and sponsors during monitoring visits and audits, ensuring all source documents, regulatory binders, and EDC entries are complete and audit-ready.• Apply standardized procedures to ensure accuracy and reliability of clinical data, resulting in consistent positive feedback from CRA monitoring reports and enhanced study data integrity.
